What we collect
Your email (to sign you in), the ideas and content you give Muakkil, the artifacts it generates for you (briefs, reports, pages, launch drafts), signups your published pages collect, and basic usage analytics (page views on your venture pages, plus standard Google Analytics on our own site).
How AI processing works
To do its work, Muakkil sends the content you provide to AI providers: Anthropic (reasoning and writing), Groq (voice transcription, only if you use voice), and Resend (sending emails you approve). We send the minimum needed for the task. We don't train models on your data, and our API agreements with these providers don't permit them to train on it either.
Where data lives
In a Supabase (Postgres) database operated by us, protected with row-level security — your ventures are readable only by you (and by our service role for operations like counting page views). Published venture pages are, by definition, public.
Your signups are yours
Emails collected by YOUR venture's waitlist belong to your venture. We use them only to send the welcome email you approved and to show you counts. We never market to your signups or sell any data — yours or theirs. Ever.
Your rights
Ask and we'll export or permanently delete everything we hold about you and your ventures. No dark patterns, no retention tricks: hello@muakkil.com, and it's done within 14 days.
Cookies
A session cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics on the marketing site. No ad trackers.
